Cooked Vegetable Salad Recipe

Small quantities of cooked vegetables, such as beets, string beans,

asparagus, peas and boiled potatoes, make a nice salad cut into small

pieces, laid on lettuce leaves and covered with French dressing. But

they must be thoroughly chilled.
