Japanese Salad Recipe:

Ingredients:

- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup edamame beans (optional)
- 1/2 cup sliced radishes
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds (black and white)
- 1/4 cup pickled ginger (optional)

Ginger Dressing Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons mirin
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions:

1. Wash and dry the mixed lettuce and tear it into bite-sized pieces. Place it in a large salad bowl.
2. Add the sliced cucumber, julienned carrot, thinly sliced red onion, halved cherry tomatoes, edamame beans (if using), and sliced radishes to the salad bowl.
3. In a separate small bowl, mix together the rice vinegar, soy sauce, mirin, sesame oil, grated ginger, and honey to make the dressing.
4. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat all the ingredients.
5. Add the sliced avocado and toasted sesame seeds to the salad, giving it a final toss.
