TOMATO WITH EGG

(Eggs) - (The International Jewish Cook Book)







Cut top from tomatoes, remove seeds, put a raw egg in each tomato, dust
with salt, pepper, and finely chopped parsley. Place in moderate oven
until egg is set. Serve with cream sauce.
