CHOPPED ONION AND CHICKEN FAT





Chop one yellow onion very fine, add four tablespoons of chicken fat
(melted), salt to taste. Serve on slices of rye bread. If desired, a
hard-boiled egg chopped very fine may be mixed with the onions.
