Jellied Fruit Recipe

- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 orange, segmented and seeds removed
- Bananas, cut into small pieces
- Malaga grapes

Instructions:
1. In a small bowl, soak two-thirds box of gelatine in one-half cup of cold water. Allow the gelatine to soak until completely dissolved.
2. Once the gelatine is dissolved, pour one-half teacup of hot water over it to further dissolve and activate it.
3. In a separate bowl, combine the juice of two lemons, the juice of two oranges, and one and one-half cups of sugar. Stir until the sugar is fully dissolved.
4. Prepare a mold by placing bananas, cut into small pieces, and Malaga grapes in the bottom. Add the segmented orange to the mold as well.
5. Strain the gelatine mixture over the fruits in the mold, ensuring an even distribution of the liquid.
6. Place the mold in the refrigerator and allow it to cool and set completely. This process may take several hours, so it's best to plan in advance.
7. Once the jellied fruit has set, carefully remove it from the mold onto a serving plate. Garnish with additional fruits if desired.
8. Serve the jellied fruit chilled and enjoy its refreshing taste and unique texture.
